Dentcruze provides professional digital dental design services including CAD designs for crowns, bridges, implant restorations, dentures, wax-ups, and more. Our services are offered exclusively to dental professionals, clinics, and laboratories.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and services, you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years old

• A licensed dental professional, lab technician, or authorized representative of a dental business

3. Services Provided

Dentcruze offers digital design services only. We do not manufacture or physically fabricate restorations. Our deliverables include:

• STL, PLY, or OBJ digital files

• Crown, bridge, implant, and denture design files

• Smile design mockups and wax-ups

All services are delivered electronically through email, secure cloud, or our online platform.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Dentcruze:

• You must provide accurate information and scan data for each case

• You are responsible for reviewing the designs before fabrication

• You agree not to misuse, resell, or misrepresent our services

• You must ensure patient data privacy when sharing files (we recommend de-identified case files)

5. Payment Terms

Dentcruze offers transparent pricing. Payment must be made before or upon case delivery as per agreed terms.

• All fees are clearly communicated before service begins

• Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal (for international clients)

• No refunds for completed digital work unless under rare agreed circumstances

6. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Dentcruze remain the intellectual property of Dentcruze until full payment is received. After payment:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files

• You may use the designs solely for your lab or clinic’s fabrication and clinical use

All Dentcruze branding, logos, text, and content on the website are protected under Indian IP laws.

7. Confidentiality & Data Use

We take your data seriously. All files, communications, and case details are treated as confidential. Dentcruze will never:

• Share your case files with third parties

• Use your designs for promotion without permission

• Store payment information on our servers

8. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Most cases are prepared in just 2 Hour, Our standard design delivery is 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday). Urgent or complex cases may vary. While we strive for accuracy and speed, Dentcruze is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incomplete scan data or unclear instructions

• Modifications requested after delivery without prior agreement

9. Limitation of Liability

Dentcruze provides digital services “as-is.” We are not liable for:

• Any clinical or lab errors arising from improper fabrication or use

• Damage caused by misinterpretation of design files

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

It is your responsibility to review and verify every design before use.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of  Delhi, India.
